SB238 – Delaware City Rental Tax

A new bill, SB238 has been introduced that will allow Delaware City to enact an ordinance imposing a 3% rental tax on RV parking, campers, camping trailers, motorhomes, to also include a 3% tax on rents or lease payments from apartments and other leased premises that are not subject to City property taxes.
